Mediaboard International are pleased to confirm our SWF campaign is now completed. The project started in May and in just 18 days the full amount was raised by supporting businesses and the local community.
Shivam is now the proud owner of a new Storm4 Xplore. The chair promises the "ultimate driving experience" and is designed for use outdoors. Special features include increased shock absorbtion, improved traction for rough ground and a top speed of 8mph.
A look back at the campaign started with thanks to the team at Kong events inviting Shivam down to meet boxing icon Anthony Joshua who kick started the campaign and gifted Shivam with a signed hat.
Generous donations continued to roll in from friends and family along with a £2500 grant from the Joseph Patrick Fund.
We would also like to take this opportunity to thank all the 2017 contestants at Miss England as they donated a total of £7,500 towards SWF.
The team at Bromakin Wheelchairs helped personalise and complete Shivams stunning new chair with all of the required modifications and adjustments.
The Porsche centre Leicester provided great hospitality as they allowed us to use their showroom for the handover of the new chair.
